This Vegan Mug Brownie is incredibly fudge like and rich! This recipe is super easy and takes only minutes to prepare. This mug brownie is made with only a few healthy ingredients. It's my go to quick dessert!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1.5 tbsp almond butter or other nut butter
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 3 tbsp vegan milk
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Add to Shopping List
Instructions
- First, spray a small mug or ramekin with coconut oil spray.
- Next, combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pour batter into mug.
- Top with additional chocolate chips if desired.
- Then, microwave for 1 minute.
- Carefully remove from microwave (it is HOT!).
- Finally, garnish with desired toppings and serve!
Notes
- Any drippy nut butter can be used.
- Dough will be thick.
- Any dairy free milk will work!
- Microwave for 1 minute. Brownie might be a little gooey in the middle.
- Use an oven mitt to remove from microwave.
