Ingredients

  • 6 cups Brussels sprouts chopped
  • 6 pieces Bacon chopped
  • 1 apple sliced
  • 1/4 tbsp pecans
  • 2 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
Apple Cider Vinaigrette
  • 2 tbsp apple cider
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch nutmeg

Instructions

  1. First, in a large skillet cook bacon until crispy.  Cut bacon into small pieces.
  2. Next, wash and dry Brussles spouts. Then, remove stems and chop Brussels sprouts until finely chopped.
  3. Slice apple into pieces.
  4. To make the dressing, add all ingredients to a small bowl and stir to combine.
  5. Arrange salad: add Brussels, apple, bacon, pecans, almonds and dried cranberries in a large bowl.  Toss salad with dressing.

Notes

  • Serve fresh for best results.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
