Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

  1. Preheat the oven to 375. Grease a 14 inch rimmed pizza pan. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add the vanilla and eggs, and beat until smooth.
  3. Add the flour, salt, and baking soda, and mix until just combined.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the semisweet chips, white chocolate chips, and walnuts. Fold about 3/4 of the chocolate chips and walnuts into the dough.
  5. Spread the cookie dough in an evenly layer on the prepared pan, then sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and walnuts on top.
  6. Bake 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
