Gin and Blood Orange Mimosa

An easy, refreshing Gin and Blood Orange Mimosa. This brunch mimosa has just the right amount of sweetness and booze, and tastes floral, citrusy and earthy.

Ingredients

  • 4 fl oz vanilla blood orange syrup
  • 2 fl oz gin
  • 1/4 wedge of lime cut in half
  • 2 - 3 Ice cubes
  • Prosecco to top up

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the lime in a glass and muddle to release the juices.
  2. Add the blood orange syrup and gin. Add the ice and shake/stir for a few seconds to chill.
  3. Strain into a champagne flute and top up with chilled prosecco. Garnish with sliced blood oranges.
