Gin and Ginger Ale - a zesty cocktail with fresh ginger and lime, then topped off with ginger ale, this is my version of a gin buck.

Ingredients
- 60 ml gin
- 300 ml ginger ale I use diet ginger ale
- 1 fresh lime wedge
- 2-3 slices of fresh ginger
- ice
Instructions
- Place ice into a glass, then add fresh ginger slices and squeeze in the juice from a fresh lime wedge.
- Top with gin and ginger ale and stir to combine.
- Serve garnished with a fresh slice of lime.
