Gin and Jam Cocktail

Gin and Jam ~ this 3 ingredient cocktail is the only one you'll need this summer as far as I'm concerned. It's sweet, tart, refreshing, and so simple!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce (or 1 Tbsp) lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp jam (any kind you like!)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Feel free to adjust the amount of lemon juice based on how sweet your jam is and how tart you like your cocktails.
  2. Shake well to break up the jam and allow the ice to melt slightly. This dilutes the cocktail and makes it nice and cold. Then strain, and pour. Enjoy your gin and jam straight up, or over ice (cubed or crushed.) Garnish with a lemon twist if you like.
