Ginger Biscuits

Ginger Biscuits combine self-rising flour, caster sugar, butter, baking soda, and ground ginger, bound together with golden syrup to create a dough. Rolled thin and cut into small rounds, these biscuits bake to a lightly crisp, spiced cookie with a delicate texture and gentle ginger warmth suited for teatime or snacks.
