Ginger Honey Glazed Chicken

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed of fat
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the honey and ginger. Set aside.
  2. Heat a grill pan to medium-high.
  3. Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper and put in a grill pan.
  4. Cook chicken until almost done, about 5-6 minutes on each side.
  5. Brush a generous amount of the sauce on each side of the chicken. Cook for another minute on each side.
  6. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for a few days. Makes great leftovers.
