You won't believe how easy this Ginger Honey Glazed Chicken is! Tender, juicy and flavorful chicken made with only two ingredients. {gluten-free, paleo}

Ingredients
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed of fat
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the honey and ginger. Set aside.
- Heat a grill pan to medium-high.
- Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper and put in a grill pan.
- Cook chicken until almost done, about 5-6 minutes on each side.
- Brush a generous amount of the sauce on each side of the chicken. Cook for another minute on each side.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for a few days. Makes great leftovers.
