Ingredients

  • 1 small garlic clove, peeled and minced or pressed through a garlic press
  • ¼ teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger root*
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until combined. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Notes

  • *I don't recommend substituting ground ginger in this recipe. The intense flavor of freshly grated ginger is important for this aioli.
