													Serve this easy, spicy ginger Sriracha aioli as a dipping sauce for seafood or French fries!

                                Ingredients
- 1 small garlic clove, peeled and minced or pressed through a garlic press
 - ¼ teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger root*
 - ¼ cup mayonnaise
 - 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
 
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until combined. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
 
Notes
- *I don't recommend substituting ground ginger in this recipe. The intense flavor of freshly grated ginger is important for this aioli.
