Ginger Tea Recipe (How To Make Ginger Tea for Aid Reflux)

This Ginger Tea recipe offers two variations: lemon ginger tea without milk and ginger tea with milk. Both utilize fresh grated ginger boiled in water with sweetener to extract flavor. The lemon version adds fresh lemon juice for brightness, while the milk version incorporates tea leaves and milk for a richer, creamier cup. Both forms aim to soothe and refresh, with the lemon tea serving as a lighter infusion.
