																							Ingredients
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter , softened
 - 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar , packed
 - 2 large eggs
 - 1/2 cup molasses
 - 2 1/2 cups flour
 - 1 tablespoon ground ginger
 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon
 - 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
 - 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1 cup coffee , room temperature
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 10-cup Bundt pan with baking spray.
 - Add butter and dark brown sugar to a stand mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
 - Add in the eggs and molasses until smooth, about 20 seconds.
 - Sift together flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, salt, baking powder, and baking soda into a large bowl.
 - Add 1/2 of the flour mixture to the stand mixer on low speed, then add 1/2 cup of coffee.
 - Add the remaining flour mixture, then the remaining coffee.
 - Add the batter evenly to your Bundt pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean (this will differ slightly depending on your Bundt pan).
 - Let cool 20 minutes before removing from the bundt pan.
