Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • ½ cup protein powder (I use Bob’s Red Mill unsweetened)
  • ¼ cup oats (old fashioned or quick cooking)
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • several scoops ice – more or less to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Add more ice until you’ve reached designed thickness.
