Everything you love about gingerbread cookies transformed into a creamy, protein-packed smoothie filled with ginger, molasses and cloves.

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- ½ cup protein powder (I use Bob’s Red Mill unsweetened)
- ¼ cup oats (old fashioned or quick cooking)
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- several scoops ice – more or less to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Add more ice until you’ve reached designed thickness.
