Gluten Free Cinnamon Sugar Bagels

A gluten free alternative to regular wheat containing bagels. These aren't a perfect 1:1 swap but they taste great and have a wonderful texture and chewiness.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 6 tbsp liquid egg whites
  • ½ cup plain non fat Greek yogurt ⁣
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 packets stevia
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 ½ tsp sugar

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. ⁣
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except cinnamon and sugar. ⁣
  3. Fill a donut tin with mixture. Makes 5. Mix half of the sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the top. ⁣
  4. Bake 13-15 minutes. ⁣
  5. Sprinkle the remaining sugar over the top. ⁣
  6. Makes 5. Nutrition is for each bagel. Wait for it to cool before eating. It will be better.
