Ingredients
- 1 cup 1 to 1 gluten free baking flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 fresh jalapeno seeded and chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spray 9×9 baking pan with non stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
- Mix together all ingredients into a bowl by hand. Stir well.
- Pour into your prepared pan and baked for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely at room temperature and then cut.
