Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Premium Gold Gluten Free Flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 12 oz chocolate chips divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to at 350°F.
  2. Cream together the butter and peanut butter.
  3. Add the eggs, vanilla and sugars.
  4. Beat well then add the flour and salt.
  5. Mix until creamy, then hand mix in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased 8 x 11 baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with the additional chocolate chips.
  9. Wait 5 minutes for the chocolate to melt, then spread it across the top of the bars.
  10. Allow to cool for 15 minutes.
  11. Slice into squares and dig in!
