These delicious gluten free peanut butter chocolate chip bars are a quick and simple dessert recipe, perfect for parties!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup Premium Gold Gluten Free Flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 12 oz chocolate chips divided

Instructions
- Preheat oven to at 350°F.
- Cream together the butter and peanut butter.
- Add the eggs, vanilla and sugars.
- Beat well then add the flour and salt.
- Mix until creamy, then hand mix in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased 8 x 11 baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with the additional chocolate chips.
- Wait 5 minutes for the chocolate to melt, then spread it across the top of the bars.
- Allow to cool for 15 minutes.
- Slice into squares and dig in!
