Ingredients

  • 1 - ½ cups GF All Purpose Baking Flour i.e. Bob's Red Mill
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 4 Tablespoon milk

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine flour and salt, and mix in softened butter using pastry blender.
  2. Add milk gradually until all ingredients are wet
  3. Sprinkle some GF on the work area and using rolling pin roll out the dough to the desired size.
  4. Roll the dough halfway on the rolling pin and transfer it to the pie pan.
  5. Make a decorative edge on your pie crust
