- 1 - ½ cups GF All Purpose Baking Flour i.e. Bob's Red Mill
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter softened
- 4 Tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Combine flour and salt, and mix in softened butter using pastry blender.
- Add milk gradually until all ingredients are wet
- Sprinkle some GF on the work area and using rolling pin roll out the dough to the desired size.
- Roll the dough halfway on the rolling pin and transfer it to the pie pan.
- Make a decorative edge on your pie crust
