Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup warm water about 110 degrees Fahrenheit
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 2 1/2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour with xanthan gum included
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Optional pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, and other toppings

  1. Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
  2. In a separate large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour and salt.
  3. Pour the yeast mixture, olive oil, and vinegar into the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape it into your desired pizza shape.
  6. Bake the crust for 12-15 minutes until slightly golden. Remove, add toppings, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
