Ingredients

Homemade Gluten Free Bisquick Mix
  • 3 cups gluten free flour blend
  • 4 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
Sausage Balls
  • 1 cup sweet potato peeled, cubed, boiled and mashed
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 pounds pork sausage

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients for the homemade bisquick mix in a large bowl.
  3. Add the mashed sweet potato, shredded cheddar cheese and sausage.
  4. Form into golf ball sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes.
