Ingredients
Homemade Gluten Free Bisquick Mix
- 3 cups gluten free flour blend
- 4 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Sausage Balls
- 1 cup sweet potato peeled, cubed, boiled and mashed
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 pounds pork sausage
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Combine all of the ingredients for the homemade bisquick mix in a large bowl.
- Add the mashed sweet potato, shredded cheddar cheese and sausage.
- Form into golf ball sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Place in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes.
