Ingredients
- 2 Cups turkey drippings strained
- 2 Tablespoons gluten free flour
- 4 Tablespoons water
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine the turkey drippings and flour in a sauce pan and whisk until the flour clumps are gone.
- Add in the water, ground pepper, and salt and whisk until combined.
- Turn on the stove burner to medium high heat and whisk until thickened. About 5 minutes.
