  • 2 Tablespoons gluten free flour
  • 4 Tablespoons water
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  1. Combine the turkey drippings and flour in a sauce pan and whisk until the flour clumps are gone.
  2. Add in the water, ground pepper, and salt and whisk until combined.
  3. Turn on the stove burner to medium high heat and whisk until thickened. About 5 minutes.
