- 70 gms almond meal ¾ cup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp xanthan gum
- 70 gms butter at room temperature, ¼ cup + 1 tbsp, or vegetable spread
- 150 gms sugar ¾ cup
- 1 ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 egg at room temperature
- 80 ml milk 1/3 cup, or lactose-free milk
