Goat Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ⅔ cup goat cheese

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the goat cheese and cream into a small pot over medium-low heat. Using a small whisk, stir constantly. It will only take a few minutes until a smooth consistency is reached.
  2. Pour into fondue pot or ramekin. Remember that this is very rich, so a little goes a long way.

Notes

  • Serve with chunks of lightly toasted bread and sliced green apples.
