Ingredients
- 1 loaf French baguette sliced in 24 pieces
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 3 oz prosciutto sliced into thin strips
- ⅓ C cranberry sauce
- Balsamic reduction for drizzling
- chopped walnuts for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the cranberry sauce as directed in the original recipe. Let cool.
- Slice the French baguette into 24 slices, then spread with a thick layer of goat cheese. Add a few pieces of sliced prosciutto, then top with about ½ tsp of the cranberry sauce.
- Drizzle with balsamic reduction and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Serve immediately.
