Goat Cheese, Prosciutto, and Cranberry Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French baguette sliced in 24 pieces
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 3 oz prosciutto sliced into thin strips
  • ⅓ C cranberry sauce
  • Balsamic reduction for drizzling
  • chopped walnuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cranberry sauce as directed in the original recipe. Let cool.
  2. Slice the French baguette into 24 slices, then spread with a thick layer of goat cheese. Add a few pieces of sliced prosciutto, then top with about ½ tsp of the cranberry sauce.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Serve immediately.
