Gochujang Mayo combines hot and spicy gochujang paste with kewpie mayonnaise to make a creamy and slightly sweet condiment with a kick of heat. Perfect for dipping all of your favourite finger foods.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Gochujang paste
  • 8 tablespoon Kewpie mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • fresh lemon juice to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the gochujang paste, kewpie mayo and sesame oil into a small bowl then mix to blend.
  2. Add fresh lemon juice to taste.
