Ingredients

  • 2 golden beets chopped
  • 1 large carrot chopped
  • 1 banana peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 4 mandarin oranges peeled
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 cup cold water
Optional Topping
  • grated carrot
  • hemp seeds
