Golden Milk Recipe and Natural Stress Relief Remedies

Ingredients
- 6 cups milk almond, coconut, or organic milk
- 1 Tablespoon Turmeric or 2 teaspoons tumeric powder, grated, fresh
- 2 teaspoons ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, grated fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup 100% pure
Instructions
- Add milk, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon to blender. Blend until turmeric and ginger are pureed.
- Pour mixture into saucepan and simmer on medium low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add maple syrup to taste.
- Can be sipped warm or cold.
