Ingredients

  • 6 cups milk almond, coconut, or organic milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Turmeric or 2 teaspoons tumeric powder, grated, fresh
  • 2 teaspoons ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, grated fresh
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup 100% pure

Instructions

  1. Add milk, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon to blender. Blend until turmeric and ginger are pureed.
  2. Pour mixture into saucepan and simmer on medium low heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add maple syrup to taste.
  4. Can be sipped warm or cold.
