Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk, any variety
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mango chunks, frozen
  • ⅓ banana
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper, finely ground

Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup milk, ½ cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup mango chunks, ⅓ banana, 1 tablespoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon turmericc, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper, to a blender. Blend until the smoothie is creamy and smooth.
  2. If you want a thicker smoothie, add more Greek yogurt and mango chunks, or use a frozen banana.
  3. Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
