Ingredients
- 1 cup milk, any variety
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mango chunks, frozen
- ⅓ banana
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper, finely ground
Instructions
- Add 1 cup milk, ½ cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup mango chunks, ⅓ banana, 1 tablespoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon turmericc, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper, to a blender. Blend until the smoothie is creamy and smooth.
- If you want a thicker smoothie, add more Greek yogurt and mango chunks, or use a frozen banana.
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
