Ingredients

  • 14 cups 100% pineapple juice
  • 2 bottles dark Caribbean rum (750 ml each - I used Pusser's)
  • 1 bottle coconut rum (750 ml - Cruzan)
  • 2 cups fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • 1 1/2 cups simple syrup
  • 1 cup orange liqueur (Cointreau)
  • 1/2 teaspoon bitters, optional
  • Fresh pineapple slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. If making the simple syrup from scratch, combine 1 cup granulated sugar and 1 cup water. Heat on the stovetop until the sugar dissolves. Cool completely.
  2. Pour all the ingredients into a large beverage dispenser. Stir well. Add sliced pineapples, and chill until ready to serve.
  3. Serve over ice.
