Goulash Recipe
Goulash Recipe is the ultimate comfort food that is loaded with ground beef and pasta in a tomato base sauce. Simple ingredients makes this recipe the perfect one-pot meal.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef Lean
- ½ onion diced
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 can tomato sauce 15 ounces
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes 15 ounces
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 bay leaf
- 8 ounces macaroni noodles uncooked
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef with the diced onion and bell pepper in a large skillet over medium high heat. Break up the beef as it browns and drain off any excess grease.
- Pour in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, Italian seasoning, bay leaf and macaroni noodles.
- Stir and bring the mixture to a low boil.
- Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes until the pasta is cooked through and tender.
- Remove the bay leaf and then the goulash is ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes
- Refrigerate the leftovers for up to 5 days.
- I love the flavor that beef adds to this recipe but ground turkey, pork or chicken could be used as well based on your preference.
