Ingredients

  • 3 cups Graham crackers crushed
  • 1 can Fat Free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1½ cup coconut

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix graham crackers, sweetened condensed milk, and semi-sweet chocolate chips together by hand until crumbs are moistened.
  3. Spoon into rounded tablespoon sized balls and roll each ball in coconut.
  4. Flatten each ball a little bit on the baking sheet. Bake for 11 minutes.
  5. Cool completely.
