Ingredients

  • 1 egg beaten, scrambled, and cooled
  • 1 banana peeled and frozen, ripe
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh
  • 1/2 cup grape red, frozen
  • 3 ice large cubes
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 protein powder optional, scoop, of choice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon up to 1/4

Instructions

  1. In a small skillet, scramble the egg over medium heat until fluffy and cooked through. Remove from heat and set on a plate. Allow egg to cool to room temperature.
  2. Add all ingredients for the smoothie to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
