Grape and Blueberry Protein Smoothie
A nutritious protein smoothie to get your day started on the right foot!
Ingredients
- 1 egg beaten, scrambled, and cooled
- 1 banana peeled and frozen, ripe
- 1/2 cup blueberries fresh
- 1/2 cup grape red, frozen
- 3 ice large cubes
- 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
- 1 protein powder optional, scoop, of choice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon up to 1/4
Instructions
- In a small skillet, scramble the egg over medium heat until fluffy and cooked through. Remove from heat and set on a plate. Allow egg to cool to room temperature.
- Add all ingredients for the smoothie to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
