Ingredients

  • 4 cups seedless grapes washed, dried, with stems removed
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar depending on the sweetness of your grapes
  • 1/2 /2 cup roasted pecans

Instructions

  1. Add grapes to a large bowl. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour over grapes and stir until well-coated.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
  3. When ready to serve, remove from the refrigerator and top with brown sugar and toasted pecan pieces, if using. Serve cold.

Notes

  • Time does not include chilling time prior to serving.

  • To store: Wrap well or add to an airtight container. This keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, making it a great make-ahead recipe.
