Grapefruit Juice Recipe

Grapefruit juice has been gaining popularity due to its health benefits and unique taste. It’s a tangy and refreshing beverage to have with breakfast in the mornings. In addition, it makes a tasty ingredient for cocktails and mixed fruit juices.

Ingredients

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 3 tablespoons sugar plus more if needed
  • 1/2 cup water plus more if needed
  • optional ice

Instructions

  1. Peel the grapefruit and remove the pith.
  2. Use a fork to remove the seeds.
  3. Add grapefruit, water, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  4. (Optional) Place a strainer over a large bowl and pour the blended grapefruit juice to the strainer. Use a spoon and press the juice through the sieve.
  5. Pour the juice into a tall glass and add optional ice. Serve immediately and enjoy!
