Greek Beef Meatballs

These Greek Beef Meatballs combine lean ground beef with minced garlic, finely ground oats, herbs like oregano and dill, and grated vegetables for moisture and flavor. Baked until browned and cooked through, they yield meatballs with a tender interior and herbaceous notes. They can be served with tzatziki sauce and fresh vegetables for a gyro-style meal or on their own for a convenient protein option.
