Ingredients
For Tzatziki Sauce
- 1/2 pieces cucumber seeded and cut into small
- 8 oz plain greek yogurt
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1-2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Dill chopped
- 1 Clove garlic
- salt + pepper
For Burgers
- 1 lb lean ground beef You can also use ground lamb
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/4 onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt + pepper
To serve:
- red onion rings
- arugula
- lices tomato
- 4 Flatout FoldIts you may also use hamburger buns
Instructions
- For Tzatziki Sauce
- Place all ingredients in the blender
- Blend until everything is mixed. Check for seasoning
- Pour into a bowl
- Refrigerate until ready to use
- For burgers
- Place ingredients in a bowl
- Mix with your hands lightly
- Shape into 4 patties
- Grill on for 3-4 minutes on each side*
- To serve:
- Place a patty on the toasted foldit, serve with tomatoes, onions, arugula, and tzatziki sauce
