Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • ⅓ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 375℉.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into 24-28 evenly-sized meatballs, and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 22-25 minutes until lightly browned on the outside.
  5. For a complete meal, serve with tomatoes, cucumber, tzatziki and your favorite grain.
