Greek Corn Dip is a Mediterranean inspired cold dip that features sweet corn, salty feta cheese, and a bold Greek dressing.

Ingredients
- 1 corn canned
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon oregano dried
- ½ teaspoon basil dried
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon mustard powder ground
- 2 plum tomatoes chopped
- 2 scallions chopped
- 4 ounces feta cheese crumbled
Instructions
- Drain the corn and put it into a serving bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, and dried mustard. Pour over the corn and toss to coat.
- Top the corn with the tomatoes, scallions, and feta cheese.
- Serve cold with pita chips.
