Greek Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 c red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl add the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, pepper, salt, onion powder, and dry mustard. Whisk well.
  2. Add the vinegar and mix vigorously until well blended.
  3. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge. The ingredients will settle so be sure to mix again before using.
