Ingredients
- 6 cups chopped romaine
- 1 cup minced scallions
- 4 ounces crumbled Feta cheese
- ¼ cup minced fresh dill
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Place the romaine, scallions, feta and dill in a large bowl and toss well. Drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil and garlic. Toss well then season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
