Ingredients
- 1 flour tortilla
- hummus
- pepperoncinis diced
- roasted bell pepper diced
- tomato diced
- red onion finely diced
- kalamata olives diced
- feta cheese
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a flour tortilla and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until crisp and golden.
- Remove the tortilla from the skillet then spread the hummus over it.
- Top the tortilla and hummus with pepperoncini, roasted bell pepper, tomato, red onion, kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
- Place the tortilla back into the skillet for 1-2 minutes to heat through.
- Slice into wedges with a large knife. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
