Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or jar, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk or shake the mixture vigorously until the ingredients are well combined and the dressing is slightly emulsified.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
