Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or jar with a lid, combine the red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk or shake until the ingredients are well combined.
  2. Gradually add the olive oil in a thin stream while whisking continuously, or add it to the jar and shake vigorously until emulsified. Makes about ⅔ cup of dressing.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Use it with your favorite salads.

Notes

  • Storage: Kept in a jar or airtight container in the fridge, this dressing will last for up to a month.
