Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Slowly add the olive oil while whisk vigorously until the dressing is emulsified.
