Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Dried onion flakes
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
- 2 teaspoons dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, optional
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all of the spice ingredients until well blended.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
- Enjoy this seasoning as a dry rub on chicken, fish, vegetables, or in dips.
- Use Greek seasoning as a marinade by combining 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons Greek seasoning. Mix and marinate with 2 pounds of chicken for 30 minutes before grilling.
